"I would rate it a 4.5. Not soundproof due to occasional courtyard noise and stairwell vibration noise. Front desk and security were very nice. Security especially friendly. Very cute, trendy boutique hotel with a small pool, bar and restaurant in an excellent convenient location on a nice street. Housekeeper barged in twice in a row without knocking to leave a welcome note, but quickly shut the door and apologized. I had the Do Not Disturb sign up. "

"Oh boy where should I start... whether you can communicate with the front desk in English depends on which staff is on duty. Some barely understand English and showed little interest in serving customers who don’t speak Spanish while some are equipped with better language skills.
