Great place to stay. They’re is a club next door or something so prepare for a bit of noise but nothing you can’t sleep through if you had an eventful day of walking and exploring

Absolutely loved this property. From the time we arrived until the time we left the staff was attentive and accomodating. The room was spacious and clean everyday. Would recommend this property to anyone. Our vacation was made so much better by staying here. I cannot leave this review without giving a special shoutout to the concierge. He really made somethings happen for us. Overall this property was amazing and I cannot rave enough about it

Check in process was amazing, Sally I don’t remember the name of the lady that check me in but her customer service was amazing! Honestly concierge service was not very not very friendly, the gentleman was not very polite and I ended up booking everything on my own (spa, helicopter ride, theater and private driver to take me around the city)

Clogged shower sleeping accommodations. We were here for a total of 5 nights. We first started out in the standard queen room. The bed was not comfortable and the room never got cold. Uncomfortable bed topped with a luke warm room made for very restless nights. On the 3rd night, we asked to upgrade to the deluxe king room. The staff was very quick to get us situated into the new room and we finally had good sleep with cool air conditioning at night. Yay! However, it had only been one night that we were in this room when the shower drain got clogged and it flooded the entire bathroom. This was due to the shower not having a full door to keep the water enclosed to it. Which was understandable since there was a drain in the floor of the restroom itself, but we obviously did not want the water to leak into the room. We kindly asked them to fix it while we were out and the staff was accommodating. Unfortunately, when we returned— we were welcomed by the grime and gunk that was pulled from the shower drain and LEFT on the restroom floor. So the restroom was left with all the dirty towels that we had used to mop up the water that was all over the floor the gunk covered hair from the shower drain. We immediately took pictures to show to the staff at the front desk and asked that someone please come clean. They were very understanding and apologetic. All in all, I am not impressed with this hotel due to these reasonings.

The hotel is not far from the Metro bus station, and there are many restaurants nearby; the staff were Amazing; they had a free breakfast and paid one, and both were very good.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds, and ac worked great. Location is convenient just down the street from the Angel. Staff was very kind and always around if we needed anything. Jose at front desk was extra helpful when we had issues with our coffee machine. Would stay again.
