"The property was excellent, but had an issue, I was given my key to room 510, as I approached the room, a lady was at the door, she said she had just checked in, imagine if I had opened the door! I headed back to front desk, was given a new room, but it was embarrasing, why would they give me a room without making sure it was unnocupied?"
