"Look, this isn't a 5 star hotel. If you want high-end, top everything, go to the Four Seasons. There are very minor aesthetic things I could nit pick, but they pale in comparison to the incredible staff, the location, and the general upkeep of the hotel. The rooftop pool (although pretty shallow) is always kept in good condition, full gym, massage, and bar on the roof patio are all clutch for the times you don't want to explore the city.
