The host's amiable associate was there to let us in and explain everything about the property, which, although a bit different than the usual lockbox experience, was much appreciated. "The hotel staff were very in active and really could not careless , The coffee machine was never working properly food trays always empty and it seemed a effort to replenish them for a complete breakfast the towel changed over no hand towels provided The shower leaked and kept us up all night "
