We attended the New Year's celebration in the Artesian bar and restaurant. What a fun way to see in the New Year. The waiters and bar tenders made the night. "We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this amazing hotel. The Cumberland is a great choice when visiting London especially if you are traveling with your kids. We reserved a junior suite which had a very comfortable pull out sofa already made up for our teenage daughter. The room was spacious and so very clean. The bathroom was amazing with modern decor and so warm! Honestly the best shower on our 2 week trip! It is a big hotel, but with real processes and trained staff in place to accommodate guests. There is such a great energy and vibe one feels as soon as you enter the property which was amazing and fun. Superb bar and nightly entertainment on lobby floor, amazing gym and conveniences to get food any hour of the night. Good security and the facilities are so updated and clean. This is an ideal location very close to Hyde Park and major attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff for your next trip to London "

"We had an amazing stay! Starting by Alex who nicely checked us in and gave us an upgrade (one living room between our 2 rooms) which was wonderful for our 3 night stay! Hotel is modern, beautiful, cozy! Nobu restaurant is always an outstanding experience! The neighborhood was great! Walking distance from nice restaurants, pubs and shops! "
