Our check in experience by Ali Mansour was one of the best we have had to date, he was extremely welcoming, professional and accommodating to our needs and gave a great first impression of the hotel. From then on the service from staff in both the main restaurant and breakfast room did not disappoint. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were immaculate and the live music entertainment in the evening topped it off! The location is central so ideal for those looking to explore london.
