"Stayed for three nights. Requested twin beds and they were pretty comfortable. Arrived at room and a maintenance man was in it trying to unplug the toilet. After that all was good. It had a kettle and a fridge which was handy. Access to a taxi via the concierge was handy and they were gracious. The hallways were a bit noisy in the morning. I think it was staff having a chat before starting…not really sure. Close to shopping and dining was a big plus. Walked from Paddington but cabbed it back to Paddington as it was a bit too far with luggage. Thanks for a nice stay."

Location- shopping right there Subway across the street 2 stops from the sites We did the national gallery, Big Ben , parliament, Westminster abbey and London bridge and the underground all in one day Warning- if you are colorblind you will get lost in the subway "

"Timeless Elegance. The majestic architecture reflects the historic grandeur of the hotel. Gracious, friendly and hardworking Staff. The entire hotel is luxurious and polished to perfection. Impressive attention to detail and cleanliness. Sweet Dreams nurtured by comfy beds, cradled by crisp linens, fluffy pillows and duvets.. Our room was well appointed and tastefully decorated. The main dining room was reminiscent of Art Deco Glamour. Cascading Chandeliers suspended from vaulted ceilings, decorative mirror accents on walls and ceiling. I especially admired the scrolling black metal ornate gates studded with Jewel Tone Glass Spheres, that looked like Floating Gems, guarding multiple entrances to the ballroom dining area. The French Chef created exquisite culinary delights, including Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and sumptuous dinners. The swimming pool was perfect for laps and water exercise, and the area was beautifully appointed with a decorative pattern of polished and sparkling stone walls. The spa treatments relieved aches and pains, and renewed vitality after the long journey from Los Angeles to London. I look forward to re-visiting the Langham Hotel in London."

"This hotel and their staff are first class in every way. I can’t imagine feeling more welcome and cared for than our experience at The Marylebne Hotel. The staff is absolutely superb: professional, caring, capable, kind and just perfection in every person we encountered. The room we upgraded to was beautiful and faced out to an ideal if setting in Marylebone; a quaint pub and hat shot just out our corner window. The breakfast were outstanding and included in our rate. It was not buffet—but better. A great continental buffet plus off the menu hot, fresh and not old food. Made to order and very tasty. The staff in the breakfast area was SO amazing. I have never experienced better. Always certain that all was perfect and concerned about our wellbeing and happiness. They even knew us by name. We will definitely be coming back. It’s our new home in London. And our favorite neighborhood. "

"What an amazing hotel! I cannot fault anything about this property. From the moment we arrived the staff were awesome - extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early but they stored our bags whilst we went out for lunch and kept us updated on the readiness of our room. Our bags were helpfully transferred to our room when it was ready. The room itself was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable bed, great bathroom and quirky little things in the room."
