"The room was small but nice. The shower/toilet was bigger than expected. Everything was clean. Front desk staff was always helpful and pleasant. The area is very convenient, within walking distance to Baker Street tube station. I will stay here again for sure."

"The hotel is above a pub, which is no issue at all & check in was easy & the room was available early for us to drop off our bags. Although the photos show breakfast, there is none available. Apparently it was withdrawn over a year ago. The room was decent & the bed very comfortable. The shower was nice too. Would have been nice to have a working plug socket. My phone was on charge over night, only in the morning did I realise there was no power going to it. Some improvement to be made, but...

"It was exactly as advertised. I needed a small clean place to get ready in the morning and sleep at night. Easy access to the train and underground stations. "

"Grendon room was okay. Positives- Clean, secure, warm, good link to public transport, shops, restaurant. Negatives- Could do with some redecorations (lots and wear and tear around the room and bathroom), there was no tea & coffee provided (may have run out), the bed was uncomfortable. Overall decent stay but could have been better."

On entering, the apartment was filthy and had not been cleaned since the last occupant was in there, so it was not habitable. I had to leave and make alternative arrangements at considerable cost. I then received a phone call saying I had gone into the wrong apartment and the correct one was clean, however my question was how could I possibly access an apartment I am not meant to be staying in? "We really enjoyed our stay at this very convenient hotel. Our room was just perfect for me and my daughter for the week in London for a nursing g conference and some pleasure afterwards. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. So pleased with the cleanliness and the hotel smells so good. The location is close to a lot of bus stops and underground trains to explore the city. Would love to come back and stay here for next time! "
