Quirky townhouse boutique hotel. Lovely staff and great location. Didn’t receive the VIP upgrade despite it being on booking and hotel showing availability. Didn’t ruin our stay though the previous guests underwear in the room was an unwelcome gift.

A wonderful location to stay in London. Within in walking distance of many historic places and also shopping. The staff was brilliant. They were warm and welcoming. I had an amazing stay at The Zetter Marylebone! The hotel is very charming and I loved the decor. Had a lovely bath in a huge soaking tub (with shower) my first night. The common areas are lovely too with very friendly, helpful staff. Neighborhood has great food options within 1 block and proximity to Oxford St. is awesome for hardcore shoppers. Highly recommend!
