"If you are looking to stay in a great location with amazing Plaza Mayor views, this is your hotel. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and bathroom are nicely updated. The restaurant is quiet and lovely with plants and art. If you have a Plaza view (which I had) it is amazing to open your doors, enjoy the view and people watch. Also, you can go down to the plaza at anytime and enjoy a meal or drink. However, if you are looking for a quiet room, I would not choose the plaza view...

"This has been one of the best city hotels we have stayed at. We received a room upgrade to a suite as part of the VIP perk, which made our stay even more fabulous. The facility is amazing and the staff is caring and ready to help. Made our stay with our toddler a breeze. Thank you all and we hope to be back! "
