Vengo muy seguido a Madrid por trabajo y a lo largo de los aĂąos me he quedado en distintos hoteles, pero este sin duda es el balance perfecto entre atenciĂłn al huĂŠsped, comodidad y practicabilidad de las habitaciones. La cama y almohada son muy cĂłmodas, la habitaciĂłn espaciosa y muy oscura, lo cual la hace perfecta para descansar. "The staff we spoke to were excellent. The reason it doesn’t get five stars is it’s very poor for a hotel in that class and expense not to give basic tea and coffee services and crema at least, ideally breakfast for the price ! I asked for coffee and had to call 3 times. They gave me another plastic packet with tea. Not even powdered cream. It’s a small thing but important when traveling and paying a lot for a hotel. The gym was fine, the room lovely and the transport convenient. Would I stay...
