"We didn’t have a code for check in until 4:00 pm. So we couldn’t enter to the apartment until 4:30. I had to call the apartments 5 times and they didn’t give me the code until the last minute. We were waiting at 40 degrees with 2 kids during 2 hours. I used the chat provided in the app and they didn’t help me at all, they told me to call to Hotels.com. "Location, location, location !!! This is probably one of the best locations in Madrid. Everything is walkable distance: la gran via, museums, shopping, restaurants, metro, bus stations, etc. Extremely convenient, clean, cozy, and comfortable, I'd stay here any time. "

"The place is very nice, if you are looking for something clean, quet, with the good location and not too expensive. There is small kitchen with the coffee and tea maker, microwave and refrigerator which I found very convenient. They don't have a reception but the owner is always available and responds within the minutes. Also they have a storage lockers in the lobby, where you can store your luggage and the laundry room."
