"Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. Über die Dächer wirkt das doch etwas unsicher. Die Dusche...

"This is our second time staying here. We stayed about a week. Located right next to Plaza Mayor, it is also walking distance to Sol and the Royal Palace. Clean and spacious apartment with a clothes washer and small kitchen. Highly recommend!"

"A very nice stay. No coffee in the room..... could be just a Spain thing. No Coffee for guests.... had to walk a few blocks after a cafe was open."

"Basic room overlooking Sol square. Ideal location but the noise from the square was noticeable especially on Friday and Saturday night. The staff were helpful but breakfast was very basic. Room was clean. Not very gay !!"

" Very simple but super clean accommodations. It was really all we needed for a home base in a great location. 2 metro stations very close (5min or 8min) walk. They have turndown service if you run out of bathroom supplies or need new towels which was nice. I was glad we got assigned a room not overlooking the street and it’s a very busy shopping area and always buzzing with people. The woman was nice who checked us in but spoke no English, so we just used Google translate and that worked...
