"Very close to Prado Museum. On hotels.com website, it states there is hamam on site. So we brought plastic slippers and bathing suits for it. But actually there is no hamam at all. Only a small jacuzzi in the basement, belong to a spa which is not part of the hotel. It costs 25 Euro to use the jacuzzi. Dispointed for their false advertisement. "
