"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."

"The property was great, not too far from airport. The breakfast was good. Alot of variety. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great. The only problem we had was that the A/C was not working. We were told they do not use it in the winter. So that was not good. Luckily my husband was able to open a window. "
