"This was a great location to explore Madrid. We slept well. Make sure to read keyless entry instructions as there is no one in person to great you. The first room was not ready but when I messaged they quickly switched us to a clean room. Easy access to train and airport."

"We had a great stay. This room was so clean. The location is great and located perfectly next to gran via metro which is a very well connected metro for getting around Madrid. They held our bags at the main office until check in so we could walk around without luggage. "

"The location and layout were incredible, however, there was a weird smell during our entire stay. The showerhead was also not installed all the way, so it didn't work as intended. It also wasn't the same listing as shown in the photo."
