Great location right in the city. Hotel was very modern with welcoming and friendly staff. Room was clean but slightly small with limited space for suitcase and no cupboard / shelving for items.

We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Puerta del Sol. Staff were kind and they where 24/7. Also, they have the detail of leave you every morning a bag with fruit and water in the door and coffee 24/7 was a great treat :) We recommend it! Gracias

Great boutique hotel in the old center of Madrid
Great boutique hotel, nice, modern and clean room with a comfortable bed and a large bath area. Location is very center, walking distance from everything. On -1 floor there is a great shared area with fruits, coffee, tea and snacks.h

Innovative hotel in a vacant beat location
First off, the hotel is located just a few meters from Puerto del Sol - the very centre of Madrid - and is close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping areas Second, the staff are very friendly and helpful. And finally the hotel has a few innovations which made a lot of sense for tourists like us: 1) instead of breakfast, a bag containing pastries fruit water and juice is left at your doorknob early each morning 2) there is a "lounge" at the basement where hotel guests can go and avail of coffee, tea, juices, water, cookies and fresh fruits. We had a wondefrul 3-night stay and would stay here again if we come back to Madrid.

A surprise find in the centre of Madrid. Modern but simple and extremely comfortable. Free tea , coffee, juice and fruit and a take away breakfast were added bonuses. An ideal base for exploring Madrid.

Quiet, modern hotel in the heart of Madrid. The shower in our room was a walk-in with a powerful rain head, a real treat. I am not tolerant of certain strong fragrances and their heavy use of air freshener was the only drawback to this, otherwise wonderful hotel.

Nice hotel close to all the important places
One of the enter of the hotel is a little deceive but when you're already in...all change, the rooms are great and if you wonder about security, is a police station almost next door to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you.

Stay at Puerta Del Sol
We arrived 2 hours early than scheduled check in. Since we were tired, my wife asked the person at the reception, if it would be possible to already go to our reserved room. The receptionist, Carlos, answered without any hesitation that it was not any problem, and we could do so without any additional charge. This first impression was an omen for the rest of our stay. Very pleasant staff, everything well organised, great location!

Exactly what you need and nothing more
This is a very efficient, modern, clean facility. It's tucked into a very busy street so look closely for the sign and by address. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Lower level is a cute lounge area with free fruit, coffee and snacks, music videos, clean restrooms. The room is modern and tidy, not overly spacious but mine had a patio and the door was excellent at blocking out street noise.

Fab find. Great location.
What a fab find. Tucked just off Puerta del Sol this hotel appears to be brand new. The welcome was friendly and the room large, airy and spotless. Nice touches like the free cafe area with teas coffee biscuits and fruit, and the breakfast bag left hanging on your door overnight. Free Wifi reliable and quick too. Given the location, noise from the streets was surprisingly low. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Madrid.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience in Madrid. I had an early arrival to Madrid, and the young woman was very kind and was able to put me in a room right away, and it also happened to be an upgrade! The staff was already awesome because of this. Then the room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I had a small balcony overlooking a main shopping street but I couldn't hear it because the door was so well soundproofed. I even opened the door and closed it to see the difference. It was quiet in the room. A nice touch of some colorful LED lights around the bathroom door and behind the bed was cool. As mentioned, it's right on a main shopping street and close to other sites. This was a great price for the location and the room. Two thumbs up for the location, room and staff!!

Excellent location and beautifully clean
Amazing hotel. Brilliant price for the location and comfort. We stayed for 3 nights and really couldn't recommend it enough. It is is walking distance to so many amazing tourist destinations and right in the middle of the buzzing city. Only thing I have to criticise is one of the days we returned to our room around 17.45 to take a quick break and get ready for the night but house keeping was there and took a good half hour. Just a bit inconvieniant to have so late in the evening. Overall though really enjoyed our stay and would come again! Also breakfast bags each morning at our door such a lovely touch.

Great central hotel.
Great hotel, right in the centre of Madrid on one of the busiest tourist streets and walking distance to the central attractions. Despite this our room was nice and quiet and looked over the main street. Really clean, modern hotel which we could not fault for the price. Was nice to have fruit and tea/coffee/water available all day to help yourself to. Would definitely recommend.
