"Staff, amenities and location were all incredible."

"The hotel was in a great location on Plaza Mayor. Cabs got tripped up a bit, preferred to drop you off up the street and some didn’t show up given the location. The staff was welcoming and helped getting a cab on the way to the airport since two we ordered either cancelled on us or we’re going to be too late. Room was nice and comfortable. "

"Cool if kinda weird looking hotel, not much in the area, especially after 7pm - most dining options are closed and delivery is pretty much your best option. Room was cool, with some wild lighting. Hotel has a bit of an identity crisis, lots going on with the decor and visual direction, kind of a Frankenstein of ideas"
