"The staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, walking distance to many things and metro right in front of the hotel. We also rented a car for a day and car rental place also in front of the hotel."

"Absolutely stunning hotel! Great vibe about it, and just loved the theming and design of the place. The room itself had everything needed and more, the shower was incredible. Beds were super comfortable and the coffee machine in the room was perfect to set me off for the day. The cocktails in the bar were reasonably priced and great quality. Highly recommended for a stay in Madrid"

"Nice hotel within walking distance of train station. Beautiful view from roof top bar for evening sunset glass of wine. I didnt rate a 5 because the hallways were like back-service walkways, but when we opened the door for our room: everything was lovely and upgraded. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Im use to staff being a little more smiley and friendly. They were very correct. Just a cultural thing i thknk."
