"Staff was amazing and rooms were clean and comfortable. Only down side is there’s no mini fridge or iron in the room and to get ice, you would have to go all the way down to the basement. But we had a great time staying there. "

"Tiny rooms - there wasn’t even enough room to open a carry on suitcase on the floor and the wardrobe door couldn’t open without moving the chair out of position. Bed was comfortable but so small for two people. Bathroom so small the toilet roll holder was under the sink and the door had to be closed to use the toilet. The staff and housekeeping share two lifts with guests throughout the day to service 20 floors and it took on average 5 minutes just to get in the lift. Service was good but it all...

"Great location. Room was a little cramped but clean. Nice bathroom and walking distance to all the East Village. Good option if you are not expecting spaciousness and don't mind the e-check-in process."
