"Tiny rooms - there wasn’t even enough room to open a carry on suitcase on the floor and the wardrobe door couldn’t open without moving the chair out of position. Bed was comfortable but so small for two people. Bathroom so small the toilet roll holder was under the sink and the door had to be closed to use the toilet. The staff and housekeeping share two lifts with guests throughout the day to service 20 floors and it took on average 5 minutes just to get in the lift. Service was good but it all...

"This is the second time we stayed at the historic blue Hotel! I grew up four blocks from the hotel so this is a coming home experience. The hotel is awesome. It’s the only place to stay in New York!"
