"Loved the hotel for the space and price. Everything was very clean and the front desk employees were very kind and friendly. On the other hand, the pull out couch was peeling and horribly broken. The pool was not very clean, but we still used it. Mostly leaves. I would also try to improve the breakfast to go options it was very minimal but what was there was okay. "

"Checked in had no towels in room was told they didnt have clean towels and would bring them as soon as possible. Went to office the next day at 5 still no towels the girls in the office were extremely rude when i asked for towels said still none clean. Finally got towels around 8 after already being there for 24 hrs. Tried to access pool was told it was closed they were eaiti g for parts which was not disclosed upon booking or check in because would have booked elsewhere. Have attempted to...

"Everyone from front desk staff to housekeeping was very nice and friendly!"

"We had a King room and it was very-cleverly "partitioned" to make it feel like a whole suite - even though it was "just a room". Very friendly, capable staff. Nicely-stocked snack kiosk. Overall a clean, safe, happy feel."
