when checking out, After waiting for 40 minutes while they were trying to figure out how to apply a Marriot credit, their solution was for me to email the ecard credit information to the manager.
They entered the email address on my phone, and I was told that the manager would start to work around 12:00 PM and to expect an email back with the solution. More than 72 hours later, I still have not received an email from the manager, and I still see the full charge on my credit card.
At check-in, the valet person told me that the valet was free, and if I needed my car, all they needed was my last name. These was not true and the valet is actually a self parking.
Additionally, upon my arrival, I made a reservation for six people to enjoy the Thanksgiving menu that the hotel was offering. The reservation was made for 6:30 PM; we showed up at 6:35 PM. Then a group of relatives of one of the hotel culinary team members arrived. They were preferentially seated right after their arrival, and we had to wait for 35 additional minutes to be seated.
They set our table next to the hotel culinary member’s family, and they were already eating. Our table server told us that we could go to the carving station and that she would bring the side dishes, which took her over 39 minutes to bring to our table.
At the station, the salmon was cold and hard, the ham was cold. The person carving the turkey was carving a turkey where you could see all the bones.
