Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"Check in was quick and efficient. The ladies at the Front Desk (I hate that I did not get their names because they deserve a shout out) were exceptional. I have stayed here when it was an Omni and it has not changed much. It is now a Marriott and they are undergoing renovations thus I gave them a good review. But for what is going on, it was actually excellent. From check in to the housekeeper that was cleaning the public bathrooms warm good morning greeting was comforting. As for my sleeping...

"Spending the weekend in Jacksonville house hunting. The hotel was very cozy but also very, very dated. I thought we had a cow printed chair in our hotel room, but it was an old leather chair with the leather flaking off all over the place. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean.
