I DID like the staffs attitudes and they were very attentive. My room was a bit outdated, it was clean, as clean as you can get it I guess but everything in the room looked like it has seen better days. Renovations for the hotel wouldnt hurt.

The staff at hotel and attached Ruth’s Chris restaurant were fantastic however the facilities and rooms are very old and in poor shape. Fantastic bartender at the Lounge did tell me hotel will be going through remodel beginning April 2025 so would consider trying hotel again following remodel.

I think it was a great hotel to stay at for my business trip. The front desk was nice and accommodating. The only thing I would have liked was a more updated room. The carpet was old and stained. The appliances were all outdated. The bathroom specifically needed work as far as the sink not draining efficiently and the bathtub was very worn.
