The staff at hotel and attached Ruth’s Chris restaurant were fantastic however the facilities and rooms are very old and in poor shape. Fantastic bartender at the Lounge did tell me hotel will be going through remodel beginning April 2025 so would consider trying hotel again following remodel.

This hotel is very outdated and not well kept. I've stayed in cheaper hotels with better amenities. The room I stayed in had water damage, the carpet was stained, the shower wouldn't turn completely off. We had a company meeting at this hotel and everyone said the same things about their rooms.

This was a great hotel. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the river and downtown. Close to the stadium, right on the water. Loved the mid century modern exterior. Room was great- the balcony was so nice to have- loved the ability to have fresh air in the room. Yes the rooms are very 2015 and “outdated” but it was clean. Staff was fantastic. I will stay here again and again.
