"We stayed at Privileges Aluxes in April 2025, and I would highly recommend staying there. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, the grounds around the pool were beautifully kept and the beach was incredible! We went with the all inclusive option - the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the food was good, as can be expected for a buffet catering to lots of people. The pool and beach restaurants were excellent, food was hot and arrived quickly. Sabor restaurant was wonderful, I highly recommend their Tiramisu! Satay was amazing, but their service was slow - it took about 45 minutes to get our entrees after our appetizers. The only negative that really bothered me about this resort was when we tried booking a boat tour through the hotel. We wanted a glass bottom boat specifically and the worker booking tours tried selling us on a sunset boat ride and told us there was no glass bottom boat tour on the island and we would have to go to Cancun. I understand trying to promote the tours your hotel is offering, but this was blatantly lying to guests. We had looked into these boats prior to arriving, so the next day we booked an incredible glass bottom boat tour a few blocks away from the resort. Overall, it's a well maintained, high quality resort and you can tell the staff take pride in their work!"

"Absolutely stunning location and so clean and safe. Pool was lovely and the staff are so amazing and nice Only downside is the music that lasts for hours into the night. Perhaps it was Easter, but boy lasting until after midnight is challenging We will definitely be back "

"The beach was beautiful, and the bartenders were great. Not the best food at the resort, but there is strip full of restaurants right down the road. The deluxe villa ocean view room did not disappoint. The view was beautiful. "

"This is our second time staying at villa kiin, (4th on the island) the location is perfect! So close to the shopping and the beautiful beachs...there have been many improvements to the hotel and it looks ongoing...excited to see what is completed for our next trip... the beautiful grounds and pool area all were spotlessly clean...the staff were friendly and helpful.... The room we had #37 was spacious quiet and comfortable...the view fron the deck area was amazining! Always a nice breeze, some sun in the moring....never too hot for siestas on the hammock.... Our room was cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels....it is clear the staff and owners care and are proud of this hotel. Looking forward to our next trip already Wayne and Sharon"

"very friendly and helpful staff, hotel located right next to golf cart rental place, 2 min walking from ferry terminal, 5 min from supermarket! Rooms are spacious and you get free water bottles every time your room gets cleaned."

"Our room turned out to be an entire suite with a balcony that looked right out to the beach. Sunsets were straight ahead and didn't disappoint! The hotel itself was pristine and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. One of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had. Beautiful beach as well!"
