"We are a group of 26 family members. This house was wonderful - all of us fit so easily. Two large group rooms with big kitchens: we used one as the bar area and the other as the food area. the pool is beautiful, but not very warm. Unfortunately, when we were there the hot tub was not working. Maureen, the property manager is great and helped us with alternatives. We would return! "

"This is a really nice and clean house, the pool was cleaned every second day and the views were breath-taking. It was very quiet and peaceful. The house looked better in person than on-line. Here were the pros and cons of the house: Pros - clean, quiet, drinking water supplied, pool cleaned every second day, rooms had bathrooms attached, beach towels supplied, good communication, views great, location great, grounds were rustic and beautiful, lots of seating areas outside and inside, walking path just out back, iguanas friendly, kitchen stocked, lots of hot water for showers Cons - ants (but can't be helped when you are surrounded by nature and they didn't really bother us), the sliding doors were very heavy and hard to open and had no screens, the rocking chairs in the back kept getting black on our arms (I think they were spray painted and in the heat it came off), no flushing toilet paper so have to throw in garbage can (not owners fault this is the whole island) Hints for your trip - don't order a golf cart ahead, go downtown and negotiate a price yourself it will be cheaper. get a golf cart you will need it. Places to go groceries - go to Chedruai (orange grocery bags under sink) Beaches - downtown of course but there is also beach clubs (you buy food and drink and get great access to beaches) Zaza and Oceans were two we went to and they were great. If you want a quieter beach go to them, the downtown beaches are very busy. "

"This place is beyond expectations. Ultra clean and gorgeous views. Bianca arranged everything from private car from airport to ferry to her place on Isla. She also had a golf cart delivered to us and all we had to do was leave it there She has beach chairs, cooler, big spray etc We would absolutely stay here again"

"Our stay at Zyanya was absolutely perfect. The home is immaculate and exactly as pictured. Absolutely stunning views and very quiet, we loved that there was no road noise and could just enjoy the crashing waves. The beds are so comfortable that a few of my guests wanted to strip down the sheets and see what mattresses they are. Roxanna and Luis (chef) were amazing. The meals they made were perfect and delicious. The attention to detail was so appreciated as we had a couple in our party with severe food allergies and they easily accommodated this with no problems. We all agreed that we 10 of 10 would book and stay here again. In every aspect they made our trip perfect. "

"The place is beautiful and quiet, nice staff and clean, unfortunately only one restaurant really good cause is not much to choose from , Italian restaurant excellent service and quality food. Manager on charge not helpful and need to learn how to improve himself to give the best possible results for guests. ( he wasn’t helpful at all ) and to mention the head butler was so nice and helpful and really on top of making sure everyone was happy and enjoying their time in the hotel , our 2 butler was very professional and super helpful, coffee staff super nice and always with a smile, cleaning staff fantastic the hotel always nice and top clean, waitress in beach area , super friendly and fantastic service "
