The beach white gold all night party was amazing. We stayed in our favorite room (1721) and laughed, danced and enjoyed a quick Thanksgiving break. "The hotel is sprawling and difficult to navigate immediately post check-in. Construction work is currently being undertaken and the persistent noise of drilling is extremely annoying. When booking I was not made aware of this. Some of the onsite restaurants are not as good as others onsite. The staff are friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will probably return in the future. "

"Absolutely magical place. We had our wedding at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun and hosted our family there for the weekend. The food was delicious, the beaches were clean, the water was incredibly blue. We got upgraded to the suite for our stay as the wedding couple, and the room was stunning.
