The hotel rooms and service was great except that the balconies need privacy for sure, a divider bit higher, can be a bamboo or higher concrete. We were just so close and looking at each other when we sat in the balcony with our neighbors. Also, rooms needs a kettle for sure."

"i would like to complement Carlos. He was the concierge that was at the hotel when we checked in. He was one of the highlights of our stay. He definitely made our stay enjoyable as he made sure we knew our way around places to eat. He even booked a dinner for us for one of the best seafood restaurants to eat in the area. I had some issues with the staff at the Kin-ha club and he made sure he made us feel heard and sent us a bottle of wine to make up for the shortcomings of the staff at Kin-ha, The Hotel was nice and small. Just what we were wanting. Room was clean and overlooking the water. We had plenty of ocean view and was very relaxed during our stay. We will come and stay at Casa de los Suenos again for sure. "
