"Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Food was about average. Only real issue were the guests that spent all day at the pool bar and then yell and scream obscenities for hours because they’re wasted. These were people in their 40s-60s acting like spring break college kids. We had a lovely room near the pool and were glad the pool bar closed at 6. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and went out of their way for you. "

"I’ve stayed at multiple properties on Isla Mujeres and this one is by far the best. The entire property is very well maintained and the staff were so anttentive and friendly. "Great location. Comfortable room and laid back, friendly staff. Plumbing facilities were somewhat unreliable, though, and getting water pressure and hot water were a real challenge. Flushing toilet paper on the entire island is not allowed, making for a “different and unique” experience altogether. Other than that, it was great. The grounds are tropical and garden-like, and the rooms were very clean. It has a beautiful yoga studio for those interested, and we slept great. Very comfortable beds....

"We were there for a week and having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all was perfect. The location mid island made getting to our favorite places so very easy. The house manager procured us 2 golf carts that were there when we arrived and then the company picked them up when we were done with our trip. We loved the pool and enjoyed it daily - perfect for happy hour! All the balconies and rooftop deck opened up to wonderful views. We will definately be back!!"

"A great central location about 15 minutes to north beach (perfect if you’re renting a golf cart) with 2 mini grocery stores and 4-5 great restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk and lots of choices in the area. Concierge provides any information and friendly advice anytime you ask. There’s an adorable neighborhood cat that acts like he’s never eaten a day in his life. 😂 We fed him daily with food from the grocery store (which is less than 10 minutes away) Quiet street with a great ocean view....

"Enjoyed 4 nights/5 days this past week. Only had one rainy day but still had fun bar hopping and trying restaurants. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Cesar did a great job with check-in and answering questions (and extra towels). Kitchen had all we needed to make light meals. There is a keurig there (not shown in pictures). Lots of stairs, but it didn't hurt to walk off the food and drinks! Close to Kin Ha and of course The Joint. We love Punta Sur and the south side of the island....
