"It was a bit tricky getting into the area. So from the cancun airport you will need to take a taxi or bus to the Puerto Juarez. Then u will need to get a ferry to get to the island with is where the resort is at. But other then that everything else was great."

"Quiet location, simple amenities. Property is older but kept very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower/water pressure was great. "They have really done some improvements with new office,rooms,improvements in the grounds of the area. Hotel has always been nice but is even better now. "

"Would definitely book again. This hotel is literally down the street from the ferry very convenient. Yes, it’s on a busy street but everything is within walking distance the beach, food, convenient stores. We found so many local food vendors within walking distance and the food was delicious which we enjoyed and awesome getting to know the local people so welcoming. The church is down the street and has morning vendors and evening ones too and there’s a small grocery store too. Our evening receptionist Jonathan was so great very welcoming enjoyed talking to him and getting tips about things to do around the island. The hotel is small which in my opinion I preferred not crazy busy we’ve done resorts which are ok but if you’re looking for something convenient and welcoming and really want to get to know the island and it’s people this place is a must. Definitely booking again!!"
