"My wife and I needed a place to go where we could relax and be together. This adults only resort was just that. We slept well, enjoyed excellent food and service, and enjoyed the beach each day. This was only our second time at a resort like this but I can safely say that it is one of the best out there. People who are looking for a lot of activities may be disappointed in this resort as I found it was very quiet there. There was a volleyball net in the ocean And no one played once during the week. There are activities offered but they rarely run because most people are here just to relax. We did a couple of the activities and they were excellent, and one of them it was just us and the staff member. Hope to go back again soon!"

"The property is very beautiful but the room was a little aged and the pool was not open. At first I was upset about the pool but they also own the property up the street and gave us access to that pool. It was refreshing to visit because it has a beautiful garden so in the end I was happy. The only recommendation I have is to offer quests coffee at the hotel. They give you coupons to get your coffee and a glass of orange juice however, I would have preferred it at my room. They offer free water with a dispenser that you can fill a jug they offer in each room or your own water bottle. The location is everything. Although because I was there during spring break I did spend a day at the Mia Reef hotel because on that weekend there were so many people at playa Norte and I wanted to rest. Not a deal breaker, it made my stay more interesting. Lastly all the restaurants are within walking distance and I also walked from the ferry to the hotel since I am familiar with the island. All in all I would stay there again. This hotel is for people who want to get out and eat elsewhere, like me. The staff was very friendly and I only have the coffee recommendation but no complaints. It is gated at night with cameras in the street and taxis are always available. "

"We loved our stay as Casa de Los Suenos. We had an ocean view room and the sunsets were spectacular. It was our first time staying on the south side of the island and we found we much prefer it. We rented a golf cart for a couple of days to explore, and that was enough for us as we have stayed on the North side on prior visits and just wanted to hit a few favorites. We enjoyed Ulan across the street as well as Rancho Capricho, The Joint and Burracho Burro all within walking/biking distance. We even walked to our 9pm Samura reservations and felt safe walking back at 11pm. The hotel itself is beautiful and very charming, the concierges were extremely nice and helpful, and we loved the breakfast and hanging out at Kin Ha. We took advantage of the complementary hotel bicycles and the paddleboards at Kin Ha and loved snorkeling there too. Our room was not super large, but for our romantic kid free getaway. It was more than we needed. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the vibe of the room was wonderful. We also took full advantage of the hotel’s infinity pool and often had it to ourselves. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return. Thank you for a wonderful getaway! "
