"We loved our stay as Casa de Los Suenos. We had an ocean view room and the sunsets were spectacular. It was our first time staying on the south side of the island and we found we much prefer it. We rented a golf cart for a couple of days to explore, and that was enough for us as we have stayed on the North side on prior visits and just wanted to hit a few favorites. We enjoyed Ulan across the street as well as Rancho Capricho, The Joint and Burracho Burro all within walking/biking distance. We even walked to our 9pm Samura reservations and felt safe walking back at 11pm. The hotel itself is beautiful and very charming, the concierges were extremely nice and helpful, and we loved the breakfast and hanging out at Kin Ha. We took advantage of the complementary hotel bicycles and the paddleboards at Kin Ha and loved snorkeling there too. Our room was not super large, but for our romantic kid free getaway. It was more than we needed. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the vibe of the room was wonderful. We also took full advantage of the hotel’s infinity pool and often had it to ourselves. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return. Thank you for a wonderful getaway! "

"A nice place, nice people friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like it is that a put a filter to all inclusive and Izla wasn’t, the prices are reasonable the food is really good, everything we ate there was spectacular. "

"I returned to Isla Mujeres for the first time in 10 years and was so pleasantly surprised to find the island vibrant, lively and with so many things to do. I had a great feeling about Hotel Bahia Chac Chi and I was correct. It was lovely. The shower was everything after a long day of snorkeling. I loved having a balcony that looked out over the ocean. The pool was small but why use the pool when you have Playa Norte just a small walk away. The hotel staff were super helpful in both Spanish and English. I Would Highly Recomend."

"This is a beautiful little place right on the beach. It was perfect for us! Close to shops and street food, and amazing views. Although the pool was not working for our stay the warm water of the Caribbean is steps away and the hotel offered to I’m use the pool at a nearby facility. There is currently some construction, as they are upgrading the hotel, but that didn’t bother us. At times it got a little noisy from the beach club next door and others pumping music, but that is to be expected in a tourist beach destination like Playa Norte. The small breakfast was decent, and most days we had very good service. The walk is literally down the street 5 minutes and the beachfront Buho restaurant is very cute. I was happy to hear in advance that there were no small face cloths provided, so we brought our own and had no issue. If you are looking for a five star experience this may not be the place for you, but if you are looking for a nice place to stay that is relaxing with a view of the ocean this is perfect! "

"Our charming terrace room had a sweeping view of the turquoise ocean. Clean spacious room and comfortable bed. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is adjacent to the ferry so it was very convenient to stay here after our Isla Mujeres trip. Malls and Mercado 28 were a short drive away. The huge bougainvillea and giant pothos plants were stunning. The breakfast by the beach and the little sweet girl there was heart warming. 🙏"
