"There’s so much things to do. A lot of thought put into the design of the buildings, pools, gardens, themed restaurants and the food. Darling Castro who served us at the Valley Restaurant is very friendly abd accommodating that he made sure that we are taken cared of. We definitely come back. On top of that, noted some molds on the lamp shades."

"The resort is new (2021) and everything felt in excellent condition. Beach front area is very wide for the size of the resort, it never felt crowded. Service level felt higher than in other 5* Punta Cana resorts we travelled to. Food was consistently good and in great diversity, whether the buffet or the a la cart restaurants. Excellent facilities for kids of various ages (such as 3 pool areas for various age groups, in addition to the kids club), though a little limited for teens. The resort was close to capacity, yet the pool and beach areas never felt full/crowded, especially on the Excellence side of the resort. Weddings and events (e.g., graduation celebration) held almost every day during our stays, so expect larger groups and gatherings. I expect the resort was designed with generous sqft per guest, giving the sensation of quiet luxury. Evening events were a little boring, but also poorly attended (families with younger kids seemed retired for the evening). ~45min from the airport, further than the resorts on the Bavaro beach area."

In particular, people like Alejandro “Super Duper,” made the experience fun and special as we had never experienced an all-inclusive, VIP resort before. While he stood out, we had only good experiences with the rest of the staff as well!"
