Great hotel in busy city
Newly opened a few minor things, staff need to explain things more. That aside it didn't detract from the hotel which is very nice, great location, very relaxing in a busy city.

This hotel was amazing as far as the hotel property but the experience we had checking in was horrible. We were traveling with 2 year old daughter and due to an issue with other hotel we had to rebook to this one immediately past midnight. Due to this the booking was made for next day not same night we were there. Front desk did not want accommodate us with child and update reservation. We were told we have to wait until 3am and PAY another $50 plus tax for early check in when we were technically a late check in and leaving by 10am that morning. Hotel was amazing, check in process and accommodation the worst.

Surrounding area within walking dostance has little to offer. You're in a bubble. Also room was freezing when I went in and never warmed up to comfortable. Literally everything else was perfect though
