Loved our stay at Cana Brava. Enjoyed how quiet it was being away from the craziness of the beach. Luckily the construction work around that building was halted for the holidays. Beds were pretty comfortable, lots of space in the place, kitchen was lacking a kitchen knife but had lots otherwise. Elsa was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The shuttle was convenient and free, although would rent a scooter next time to give us more freedom for when we wanted to go to the beach club! Beach club was very nice and it was great to be able to use the $70 towards food & water. Was a bit of a pain getting through security and tried to rent a car which was not worth it. We loved the cats around the building that would come visit and feed them on our first floor patio, they were cute and added some joy to our stay!

Customer service was top notch. The property manager Elsa did an amazing job attending to our needs and making sure we were comfortable. The cleaners came in every day to clean our apartment. Service was really good. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

No exactly what we were expecting
We has a bad surprise when we arrived as the property is not near the beach. So different than the photo they show…. Swimming pool and sand beach which is in fact at about 4 min by car with extra payment of USD35 per adult per day to get acces to the beach ! Also for other part we choose to add and pay in advance breakfast for 4 we never got as we have had to leave early in the next morning (7:30am) and the restaurant was closed !

Cana Brava is a hidden gem that will steal your heart!! Had the most amazing time during our week long stay at Cana Brava!!! The property is so serene and quiet with a great pool. The rooms were so beautiful decorated and the whole place felt so safe. It’s a super nice and cozy place to stay for families with young children. The is an Italian restaurant and a brick oven pizzeria on the property and the pizza there was best pizza ever!!! Elsa who is manager there was absolutely amazing and she made sure that our stay there perfect!! Thank you Elsa!

The property is very nice with spacious apartments by a nice pool and a restaurant right by the pool. There is a lot of growth and construction in Punta Cana overall but that takes place during the day when you're likely to be at the beach. The evenings are very nice and quiet. The staff at the property were accommodating and friendly. Elsa has been very nice and communicative. I will say that the beach is not right on the property, however the nearby Hard Rock resort has a beach you may access for a fee. If you are not staying at one of the large resorts in Punta Cana I would strongly advise renting a car. You can reach many beautiful beaches by car within 15-20 min.

For starters, the on-site Italian restaurant is a culinary delight, seamlessly blending traditional Dominican flavors with Italian finesse and offering a sprinkle of American options. The residence itself is a testament to luxury and comfort. The fit and finish of our room were impeccable, featuring high-end appliances, modern and inviting furniture, and a sound system that could easily turn an evening into a party. However, no review of Cana Brava Residences would be complete without mentioning Elsa, the heart and soul behind our extraordinary experience. Her ability to accommodate me and my guest at a moment’s notice, even with unexpected flight delays, was nothing short of remarkable. Cost is always a consideration when planning a vacation, and I was genuinely surprised at the value offered by Cana Brava Residences.
