"I like the classic look of the hotel, the breakfast was good, staff was warm and friendly, you can walk anywhere around colonial area from the hotel, we walked even late at night, the only thing I didnt like but not a big deal is that we lost power a couple of times."

"The front desk agent Leidy was an absolute joy! She was pleasant intuitive and caring. What lovely hospitality! She gave great recommendations for my one night stay. The hotel is situated so close to the airport and provides free airport transfers. Next to the hotel is PUNTA Cana village which has many cute restaurants and cafes for all your needs! They also have a shuttle to a private beach which I didn’t get to use but is a good bonus. Overall highly recommended this hotel if you’re not...

"Excellent oceanfront room; we loved the pool, the beach, and some of the à la carte restaurants. The service from everyone was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We believe the nighttime entertainment activities could be improved a bit. Additionally, it would be helpful to train the train drivers to inform passengers about the route and ensure they remain focused during the ride. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return!"
