Despite poor reviews I enjoyed the resort. We did have issues with an outdated room however we spoke with guest services and was provided an upgrade to a renovated room which was perfect. Entertainment was good as well as food choices. I would recommend staying at this property.

The staff is courteous and always helpful. The food was excellent. Room was clean and spacious with a gorgeous view. I will recommend to family and friends and will most certainly visit Bahia properties in the future again. We had the most relaxing time.
