"This is a beautiful resort. Plenty of chairs by the pool and beach. Lots of open air areas to sit out of the sun or rain with views of beach and property. Enjoyed the one show I saw but they started at 10 pm, later than other resorts I’ve been to. Staff were pleasant but language was a barrier at times between average and good or excellent service. "There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "
