"The Metro Art Hotel was a lovely oasis in San Juan. Affordability was of high importance but I didn’t want that to mean substandard accommodations. "When the entire island Puerto Rico had a black out, fortunately my hotel had its own generators, so didnt affect my stay. I was able to find street parking for my car rental, available wash and dry machine. House keeping on point. I didnt see any bugs in my room. The area is also more on the quiet side. "
