"Resort is not fully open yet. Grand opening is in March. Expect very few guests and no nightime activity. The resort is beautiful and Master Suite Room is amazing. we were on the top floor facing pool in building 3. Zel Beach Club is not a long walk (10 mins) and shuttles are available if needed. "The resort is stunning and impeccably maintained, with its location just a 25-minute drive from the airport. The entire staff—ranging from registration and concierge to waiters and housekeeping—exceeds expectations. They are all courteous and proficient in English. There are numerous dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a delightful café area. I highly recommend this resort; your money is well spent on the all-inclusive package."

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

"Everyone there is very friendly, helpful, many activities in the hotel. Fabulous gym DJs in the evening lots of dancing walking distance to many delicious restaurants also many shops, souvenir shops, little grocery stores easy to get taxis. Beach and pool are beautiful! Will be returning again next year with my family!"

"There should’ve been more chances to eat at the Italian restaurant. It was hands-down the best Oliver, the waiter there was fantastic and the lasagna was out of this world."
