"Beautiful condo. Check in and out was easy. Towels and other toiletries were restocked every day. Having an insuite washer and dryer was convenient. Minutes away from main beach was handy. Overall a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to stay in surfers paradise!! "

"My room had an incredible view of the ocean. Very clean. Staff was nice when I got there after a long journey. Suggestions: the check in is a bit confusing as they don't always have someone there, and could be communicated a bit better. Minor detail. Overall great experience, and would definitely stay again next time at broadbeach"

"We had some issues while checking in as the bathroom and lobby door had issues while closing. This was quickly addressed. Although i wanted to switch with another room but that option was not given to me. The location was perfect just at heart of surfers paradise. The breakfast was really good with loads of options. Special shoutout to Michael from concierge team who ensured our bags where delivered in our room and also helped us offload our bags during checkout. "
