"Property was well maintained and very clean. Had a great few days staying there. We were allowed into our room early which was nice. The one thing that was not great, is the building going on out the front with cranes etc. We had to keep the balcony of our Ocean View apartment shut at all times due the noise. Very unfortunate."

"It was a wonderful stay as a first timer visiting Brisbane except for one thing that is very important especially in time of any calamities. I was there during the cyclone Alfred, the apartment was not equipped with emergency lights inside the unit not even a flashlight if in case of a power outage amidst of a calamity. Though nothing happened but what if something happened? Overall the place was very convenient almost to everything and it’s a comfortable place to stay in …."

"This is a nice chain hotel. The location is central and walking distance to restaurants. The grounds are exotic but they are in the middle of construction until July 2025. The pool is closed due to the construction. They do have reciprocity with the Hilton near the Fleet Terminal for pool access. The plans for the grounds when finished look beautiful. Breakfast is nice. The room is nice."
