"Had a great time at SeaWorld resort. Highlight was the pool and water play area kids has a blast! Friendly staff too! Only downside was having no cutlery or bowls and plates in the room. They definitely don't want you eating your own food so we ended up buying paper plates and bowls and cereal so we didn't have to buy breakfast daily for the kids. Would stay here again for sure "

"We had no opportunity to see the accommodation as we were told on arrival the room was double booked And they had no other room for us Disappointed you had had 5 days to let us know We were left to walk the streets looking for accommodation "

"Whilst our apartment was the right fit for our adult family, the cleanliness could have been better, with clothes left in the washing machine and dryer and a big liquid spill under the lounge which we found when we were cleaning before we left. And the microwave was dirty inside. A big disappointment was the renovation/construction noise in the apartment above from 8am until at least 4pm, lots of drilling, grinding, cutting and banging noises. "Rooms a little dated but clean, staff for check in was fantastic, area is great .... the balcony is a good bonus walls are thin, you can hear the room upstairs and on the sides, and on the lower level considering the open air club across the hotel, can get noisy ... Overall very happy with the hotel!"
