"I stayed in room 904 and it did have excellent views but the room itself needed an update. The kitchen crockery was chipped and it only had one coffee cup. You would find better utensil in a second hand shop. The beds needed replacing as they were very uncomfortable also The place smelt like bleach when we walked into our apartment the cleaners had even sprayed inside the refrigerator. Not pleasant at all . The ensuite shower could of done with the bleach the grout in between the tiles was...

"Check in was well done and explained. Had a problem with the TV a staff member came to our room and explained how to use it. She also helped us with organising our trip to Nambour by train, printed out the train timetable which was most helpful. We would certainly stay there again!"
