"Loved the location however the property itself is old and tired. The dishwasher and dryer didn’t work for the entirety of our stay. You have to hire pool towels for a fee which was unexpected. We stayed 4 days and the rooms were not serviced or towels changed, you’re expected to wash the towels provided which again I expected more for the price paid. "A great hotel in a very convenient location, close to fantastic shopping, as well as a myriad of dining options, not to mention the beach and casino. Our one bedroom suite was lovely, with a gorgeous view, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was easy as well. Only slight thing was the very high tech lifts, which we had no idea how to use, and took a bit of getting used to!! "
