"Not a great start. We arrived, had not received a text re cabin access and nobody answered the phone. When checking with Eungella Chalet we discovered that whoever input the dates into their systems had made a mistake. We had no accommodation for first night - dates a day ahead. Fortunately the lady at the chalet managed to find a one night stay at Broken River 5km away and the wonderful host there, Wen, welcomed us plus said she would work out payment with the cabins. "Very clean and well appointed cabin with great Veranda to overlook trees "

"Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. "
