"Front desk staff were absolutely amazing, always friendly and very helpful. Location was good, short walks to transport, dining and shopping. We had a lovely view over the river. The only downside was their housekeeping, it definitely could have been better. Our bathroom floor was quite dirty with stains that could have been easily mopped. My duvet had a stain on it and every day there seemed to be an item left out of refreshment - ie toilet rolls, towels, etc we had to keep asking front desk...
