"I would give 5 star just for the staff forget everything else. The ladies were so lovely even interacting with the kids. You walk into the hotel each time to be greeted by staff both receptionists and cleaning staff. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Really is a gem of a property. Spacious Apartment, friendly and helpful staff, superb location. Across the road from the beach and a short walk to the Broadbrach restaurants and shops. Communication before and during our stay was outstanding. Looking forward to staying again in two years time!"

"We liked the convenience of arriving early and our room was available for an early check in! The room was on the 21st floor and had perfect ocean views. Check in was great and also check out was a breeze. The pool area was so nice, plenty of sun lounges and great service from the pool bar. Also breakfast in the morning at their FIXX cafe was brilliant! Would stay here again. "

"The property was safe, secure, clean and the location was excellent. Unfortunately the back of the chair in the room was broken and the safe was not secured to the cabinetry. The room was reasonably quiet but soundproofing of the sliding door could have been improved by either double glazing or improved joinery "
