"Really enjoyed our stay at synergy. Very close to shopping centres, dining restaurants, casino. Trams are directly outside property which is convenient if needed. Had an odour in the dishwasher, always comes with lack of use, however staff rectified issue within minutes. Could use a little dusting on higher shelves, but I’m really tall, so you only notice it when reaching up on top of everything. Other than that, overall was a really nice stay. We stayed for 11 nights and would do it again if...

"A great location and the amenities were awesome. Loved the pool and spa. Easily walkable to Oasis and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Only downside would be it’s really noisy at the moment with construction of a new apartment building next door. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Ultra Broadbeach. "

"We had a fantastic stay! The staff upon check-in were friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated but it was clean. The mattress on the sofa bed was worn and not very comfortable but we managed. Parking was undercover and easy to navigate. We had a great view and loved the breeze coming through the windows and onto the balcony. The pools were amazing. Clean, well kept with plenty of lounge chairs. The hotel was in walking distance to a convenience store, several restaurants and Pacific Fair. There was a bus/train stop across the street too. We will definitely be coming to stay again. Loved it!"
