Room was tidy, provided everything including washing machine & dryer. A few stains visible on the lounges & carpet. Could do with a steam clean. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. "

"This is our 4th or 5th stay at The Phoenician and won’t be our last. We were in room 2714 which is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor. This was our second time in this apartment and hopefully we can stay in this apartment again. It’s clean, quiet (a little bit of road noise and noise from the bars and cafes downstairs but not enough to keep us awake) and it’s in a great location. The staff at Broadbeach Holiday Apartments are very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying again. "
