"The location is lovely, 3 mins walking to the beach, also the shopping areas"

"The location is amazing, a short walk to the beach and main clubs. Majority of the staff were exceptional however there was one point where we were in our room ill and a cleaner came into our room ‘to clean’ and wouldn’t leave for a solid 5 minutes of us asking. The cleanliness of our room was also questionable with stains and dirt all over the floor but the overall atmosphere is really friendly "

"Really beautiful property and right opposite the beach which was amazing to wake up to. I didn't realise breakfast options were available to order so ended up walking to a cafe aabout 1km away. I had a short stay but would recommend staying here."

"We stayed in an eco tent and were very impressed with the facilities and the cleanliness. All of the towels and bed linen was quality, the shower was excellent, bed comfortable with extra pillows and the surrounds were peaceful as if you were in the country. With this in mind, I would like to send a special compliment and thanks to house keeping as they obviously take great pride in their work. Also the cooked breakfast was amazing! "Location to tram station. Beach, dining options is fantastic, nothing wrong with the room but it is a little tired, needs a paint, mould in grout in shower, fridge cupboard swallon. cavity in bathroom ceiling leaked into the shower when it rained. "

"This unit is in a great location and has lovely water views. The room is getting to be quite dated, there was paint peeling from the back of the door in the bathroom and mould on some of the tiles. The thermostat for the a/c has instructions to adjust temperature however it didn’t seem to work for us so we had to sleep with the balcony door open so it would turn it off. "I won’t recommend it to couples. The bed is not comfortable because there seems to be a valley in the middle and makes one rolled into it. It’s fragile. The air- conditioning was very weak. During the day the place was very hot! At night time, it was hot. The host for the place was very stern and was not friendly at all. The host informed us to leave the premises on our 5th day! We booked and paid for 14 days!! I am still waiting for higher authority’s decision for a possible refund for the...

"Should be removed from wotiff. Basically a half way house. Not a hotel. Whole place and room stunk of cigarettes. guest basically passed out from drugs in the kitchen. Didn't stay the night, left straight away. Didn't feel safe"

"Had only 6 coffee and tea bags with one small 50 ml milk carton for a 7 day stay. For an apartment booking there was no toaster /microwave. Too much noise from construction site across the road. Would not book here again as hotel doesn’t have anything to do with the apartment hire which is in the same building. "
