"Just wanted to shout out the a front desk staff named Andrew. What a top notch guy! He’s very friendly, courteous, professional and hospitable. Qualities that’s so rare to find these day in hospitality. He is such an asset to the hotel and surely left a lasting impression. We had a one bedroom and loved the balcony and living room with the view of Bond University light at night. Great stay!"

"I stayed for 1 night with my children aged 8,6 and 7 months. Staff were absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The pool was really deep in all areas. Too deep for my 6 year old. Really wish it had a little area she could have stood. The stairs into the pool are quite small. Also the balcony has a small glass panel. The balcony itself is tiny with a small table and 2 chairs. 6 year old could easily stand on the chair and climb over the balcony. 8 year old could do it without the chair....
