"The staff here are always wonderful! Easy and convenient check in after taking a 4 hour train ride was exactly what we needed. The room was nice, but I wish we would have been told in the listing that our view was partially obstructed. Our last 2 stays we had a big window for our view which was absolutely perfect. THAT view kept us coming back. This time we had two windows with a gap between them and we were up against a part of the building that cut off the view going out to Lake Michigan. It...

"Great location. Hotel is above average but not superb. We checked in and were given the key to our room. Upon opening the door to the room and stepping in, we realized it was not cleaned or serviced since the last guest checked out. Staff was great and got us a new room. "

"We really enjoyed staying here. The parking was easy to get to. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby is very nice and cozy. It just seems to be an older hotel, so with age some of the fixtures/decor were out dated. That wasn't a problem for me, but it could be for some! It's in a nice area for food that you can walk to. Overall it was a great stay. "
