"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "

Breakfast was beautifully presented (buffet) everything was available. Staff excellent service, room very comfortable would definitely stay again."

"I stayed 2 nights here in January. Booked a private room.Solo travelling. The hostel has a good breakfast , a variety of hot a cold choices including cakes. Has a restaurant on site - handy after a long travelling day. Good value but limited choices. The communal area with kettle/ microwave/ fridge is so handy. Room and bathroom was clean.Fluffy towels, toiletries provided and daily room cleaning. There was a sauna, swimming pool , small gym but I can't comment on those as didn't use them....

"The staff were lovely. The breakfast was good too. We didn’t visit the spa but I wish we had. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Was only a short walk to the tram stop and not too long to walk into the city centre. Definitely recommend this place. It was far enough away that it was quiet but not too far away from the tourist attractions."
